Education and training activities
Loss Adjusters undergo extensive training not only in the knowledge and skills required to perform assessment tasks but also in business etiquette, relevant general insurance practices, and the structural characteristics of specialized buildings. Through this comprehensive training, they acquire a high level of expertise and develop into highly skilled professionals who general insurance companies and clients trust.

About ASC Training
As an example, we conduct "ASC Training," which stands for "Adjusting Skills College."
There are three courses: "Basic," "Standard," and "Advanced." Participants can enroll according to their years of experience. The training progresses step by step, covering fundamental knowledge and techniques to practical and specialized skills.
Depending on the course, in-person and web-based formats are used appropriately, ensuring a learning environment that is accessible even for Loss Adjusters in remote areas or those with scheduling constraints.
Exercises, case studies, and group work are also incorporated to ensure that participants not only receive instruction but also actively develop and retain their skills.
The in-person format also provides a valuable opportunity for Loss Adjusters to interact with peers from other member adjusting firms, whom they may rarely meet in their daily work.
